Exchanges are permitted if the item doesn't fit you correctly. The tags must be attached and the item must be in new condition. 

However jewelry, accessories, handbags, clearance/sale, and anything that has been worn are not refundable or returnable. 

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.  Items must be in new condition with tags attached.  

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and must be returned within 7 days.

If you receive an item that is defective, contact us right away and we will do our best to work something out.

It is customers responsibility to claim with carrier if items are damaged in transit. We will not be able to replace breakable items that are damaged in shipment. Please be aware of this if buying breakable items.
